The Single Parent and Displaced Homemaker Program is a program run by Nashua Community College to assist financially disadvantaged single parents, displaced homemakers, and single pregnant women with the cost of attending our college in preparation for high skill, high wage, or high demand occupations in current or emerging professions.
The Carl D. Perkins Career and Technical Education Improvement Act of 2006 provides grant funding for this program. Awards will vary based on availability of funds.
