The Etowah Scholarship Foundation awards scholarships to traditional, non-traditional and home-schooled students on an annual basis. Scholarship applications are available in January of each year and are due NO LATER than April 2 at 12:00pm EST.
Scholarships are made possible by our donors who are local businesses, individuals, churches and organizations who care about the students in Bartow County.
Applicants must satisfy one of the following requirements:
A graduate or previous graduate of a Bartow County or Cartersville City school and will be enrolled as a full time student in an accredited college, university, or technical school during the current academic year;
A home-schooled student who has been a Bartow County resident for 3 years or more and will be enrolled as a full time student in an accredited college, university, or technical school during the current academic year;
A GED student who has been a Bartow County resident for 3 years or more and will be enrolled as a full-time student in an accredited college, university, or technical school during the current academic year;
A non-traditional student who has been a resident of Bartow County for 3 years or more and will be enrolled as a full-time student in an accredited college, university, or technical school during the current academic year.
NOTE: Proof of residency may be requested if you are not a graduate of a High School located in Bartow County.
